My name is Melissa Fugett and I am thoroughly impressed with Active Restoration! I recently experienced water damage & mold in my bathroom from a leak in my wall. I was referred to Active Restoration who came to my home and wrote up a proposal for my insurance company.

Active Restoration was dynamic in making the repairs! They showed wonderful customer service and completed the renovation while I was on vacation in a timely, clean and efficient manner. Had a microwave fire on a Monday. She has a daycare in  her home and was very concerned on the process and time frame of the repairs. Active was there in 30 minutes and started to answer all her questions explaining the processes which put her at ease. The cleaning crew responded in one hour and worked  until the fire damaged area was cleaned up. The smoke smell was neutralized so parents the next day were comfortable when dropping off their kids. Active put together a work scope and met with the adjuster the next morning. The adjuster approved the proposal and Active Restoration started the repairs on Wednesday. Removed all the wallpaper, skimmed coated the walls, seal & painted. Removed & replaced the cabinets, worked through the weekend. All the work was done and completed in 5ays!

The parents could believe it!  “Angela you know you just had a fire a week ago.” They were saying.

Active worked with Angela throughout the whole process, making her dream kitchen come to life.
